Chief Financial Officer

1. Have minimum 10 years experience working in financial industry
2. Have an excellent understanding of corporate valuation methodology
3. Have a strong analytical skill
4. Manage Bank�s profitability
5. Adhere to accounting standards, tax and other regulatory requirements
6. Ensure safeguarding of Bank�s assets
7. Direct accounting department activities



Product Development Manager & Fee Base Business Manager

1. Responsible for the following areas: General Banking Product, Fee Base Product, Environment, Youth Activities
2. Have an expertise in developing innovative banking products suitable for bank�s business plan
3. Understand marketing strategy and techniques
4. Self-driven, creative attitudes, excellent communication skills, orally and written
5. Ability to work under pressure and have good organizational skill
6. Committed to continuous improvement, detail and result oriented
7. Promote, create and implement promotional actions for banking products



Senior Credit Officer

1. At least 10 years experience in credit risk management within a commercial bank
2. Good understanding of all credit legal aspects and Bank Indonesia Regulations
3. Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a commercial environment
4. Ability to approve sound credit proposal based on proper analysis
5. Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationship with business partners
6. High integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail



Risk Management Officer

1. At least 5 years working experience with demonstrated hands-on experience in banking operation and financial analysis
2. Finance / Accounting qualification like CPA or ACCA is preferred
3. Strong aptitude in research and analytical studies
4. Interacting proactively with sales and marketing team, business management and other groups to provide value-added service to the management team
5. In-depth understanding of risk management in various banking operations



Account Officer & Team Leader

1. Having min 5 years experience in microfinance and SME businesses
2. used to work with financial target as a key performance indicator: Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating
3. Strong financial analysis knowledge in interpreting all forms of financial data
4. Strong credit risk assessment skill
5. Willing to work under pressure



General Requirements:

1. Possess minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
2. Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment
3. Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization
4. Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
